How much will the repair cost?
Most repairs on appliances average between $200-$300 total parts labor and tax. If repairs exceed $300, the technician will give you an estimate and recommendations. If you decide not to proceed with a repair, a service fee of $125 is charged to cover the trip and diagnostics.
How soon can I get service?
We use optimized route scheduling by zip code zones. We provide service Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Service is received on a "first come, first serve basis" with zones of high demand receiving service up to 4 days a week while more remote and low demand zones may only receive service once a week.
Should I just replace my appliance or get it repaired?
We find that about 95% of the time repairs are a cost-effective option for appliances. Approximately 5% of the time, the appliance needs a major repair that is not cost-effective, or the parts are no longer manufactured.
